These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at spiffpros.com and our house cleaning services in the West Valley Arizona area, including Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, and Avondale. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Spiff Pros provides professional house cleaning services including:
- Standard cleaning (regular maintenance cleaning)
- Deep cleaning (comprehensive, detailed cleaning)
- Move-in/Move-out cleaning (thorough cleaning for transitions)
- Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Add-on services (inside appliances, windows, laundry, etc.)
Services are available in West Valley Arizona, including but not limited to Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, and Avondale.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Booking Process
You may book cleaning services through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This may include providing a key, garage code, or being present to let our cleaners in. If our team cannot access your property, you may be charged a lockout fee.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including square footage, number of rooms, and any special conditions. Inaccurate information may result in adjusted pricing or rescheduling.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- Less than 24 hours notice: Full service charge may apply
- No-show: Full service charge will apply
Cancellation by Spiff Pros
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer rescheduling at no additional cost.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
Prices are based on the type of service, size of your home, and any add-on services requested. Quotes provided are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual conditions. We will communicate any price adjustments before proceeding.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.
Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified during the booking process. For recurring services, payment will be charged after each cleaning session.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will:
- Return to re-clean any areas that did not meet your expectations at no additional charge
- Work with you to resolve any concerns
This guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to the quality of our cleaning work or areas not included in the agreed-upon service scope.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Secure or remove valuable items, fragile objects, and irreplaceable items before the cleaning appointment
- Inform us of any areas or items that require special care or should not be cleaned
- Ensure pets are secured or away from cleaning areas for the safety of our cleaners and your pets
- Provide a safe working environment free from hazards
- Disclose any known issues that could affect the cleaning (pest infestations, mold, etc.)
- Treat our cleaning professionals with respect and courtesy
8. Liability and Damages
Our Liability
We are bonded and insured. In the unlikely event that our cleaning professionals cause damage to your property, please report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and, if the damage is determined to be our responsibility, work to repair or compensate for the damage.
Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
- Damage resulting from defective or unstable items
- Loss of items not reported prior to cleaning
- Damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Spiff Pros website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Spiff Pros and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website and services utilize third-party providers:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
- Resend: For email communications. Subject to Resend's Terms of Service
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party services.
11. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Collect user information without consent
12. Indemnification

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiff Pros regarding the use of our services and website.
