Keep half of every job.
Keep all of every tip.

You clean. We find the customers, quote the work, schedule it, and collect the money. You take 50% of the job total and we never touch your tips. Weekly payouts by direct deposit, and you pick which days you work.

Your share of each job

50%

Your share of every tip

100%

Payouts reach your bank on Friday, by direct deposit through Stripe, for the jobs you finished the week before. Expect roughly 7-14 days for your first one, weekly after that.

What you take home

Half of the job total. All of the tip.

Half of the job total, on every job, at the same rate for everyone. There are no experience tiers and no ramp. A bigger or dirtier job pays more because the job total is higher, not because we graded you.

Tips are yours in full. We don't take a percentage, we don't pool them, and they don't count against anything.

We're hiring cleaners now. Once you're set up, you're in the group we send jobs to.

We use this to match you with jobs near where you live.

All three are required
Days you can work

You can change these any time once you start.

Where you've cleaned before, what you're good at, what you're looking for.

Submitting takes you straight to the interview questions, about ten minutes, same questions for everyone. A person reads your application either way and replies in 2-3 business days.

By applying you agree to our privacy policy.

How this goes

Four steps, and we tell you where you stand at each one.

  1. You fill out the application

Two minutes. Twelve fields: nine required, three optional.

  2. We read it

We're a family-run team, so it goes to us, not an HR queue. Expect a reply in 2-3 business days.

  3. A structured interview

The same set of questions for everyone, about your experience, your availability, and your insurance.

  4. Paperwork, bank, and hours

You sign the contractor paperwork, connect your bank through Stripe, set your weekly availability, and we start sending you jobs on your iPhone. 45 minutes to accept or pass, every time.

The fine print, up front

You're a contractor, and we mean it.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment. You set your own schedule, use your own supplies and vehicle, run your own business, and can work for anyone else you like.

That cuts both ways and we'd rather say it up front: no hourly wage, no benefits, no workers' comp from us, and you're responsible for your own taxes. Our contractor agreement also requires you to carry your own general liability insurance, $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.

Questions people actually ask

How much can I make?
Half of every job total, plus every dollar of your tips, times how many jobs you take. The rate is identical for every cleaner. Deep cleans and move-outs pay more than standard cleans because they're bigger jobs.
Do I need my own supplies?
Yes. All-purpose and glass cleaner, microfiber, mop, vacuum, the usual kit. We'll tell you what works well if you ask.
Employee or contractor?
Contractor, 1099. You choose your days and how many jobs you take.
Do I need experience?
Yes, residential or commercial. Most jobs are house cleaning, working alone in someone's home, so you need to already be good at this. We also book some offices, retail spaces, and Airbnb turnovers. The application asks about it and the interview goes into it properly.
What areas do you cover?
All 29 cities we serve across the Phoenix Valley. You tell us the city you work out of, and we match you with jobs near it.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, by direct deposit, through Stripe. Your pay for the week reaches your bank on Friday; plan on roughly 7-14 days for your first one to land, weekly after that.
How soon can I start?
We're hiring cleaners right now. Once you're hired and your paperwork, bank connection, and availability are set, you're in the group we send jobs to.

Apply in two minutes.

One form, then an interview. If it's not a fit we'll tell you, and we won't leave you wondering.
