Pricing
Starts at $400 and rises with your square footage. The same price in every one of the 29 cities we serve — there is no travel fee and no premium zone. Your price is built before you book; if something on site changes it, you hear about it before we start.
Questions
Construction has to be complete. Debris, drop cloths and tools need to be out, paint, grout and mud fully dry, and power, water and A/C working.
Debris or trash hauling, heavy paint, adhesive or caulk removal, exterior pressure washing, high exterior glass, HVAC duct interiors, and hazardous materials.
It includes everything in Move-In/Move-Out, plus fine construction dust on all reachable surfaces, trim, doors and frames, window and door tracks vacuumed, reachable light fixtures and vents wiped, sticker and label residue removed from fixtures and glass, and multiple dust passes.
No add-ons are offered with this package, because everything we sell as an add-on is already part of it.
A full day (8-10 hours) is reserved for every Post-Construction clean.
