Stripe (Payment Processing and Contractor Payouts)

We use Stripe to process payments securely. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their Privacy Policy. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We also use Stripe Connect to pay the independent cleaning professionals who perform our services. Their bank account details are collected and held by Stripe; we never receive or store them.

Supabase (Database and Account Hosting)

Quote, booking, customer, and account records are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, and cleaner accounts are authenticated through Supabase Auth. See their Privacy Policy.

Resend (Email Communications)

We use Resend to send transactional and marketing emails. Your email address and name may be shared with Resend to deliver these communications. View their Privacy Policy.

Quo / OpenPhone (Text Messaging)

We send and receive text messages through Quo (formerly OpenPhone). Your phone number and the content of messages you exchange with us are transmitted to and retained by Quo. See their Privacy Policy.

Sentry (Error Monitoring)

We use Sentry to record application errors and performance data so we can diagnose problems. Sentry may receive technical details about the request that failed, including your IP address, browser, and the page you were on. When an error occurs, we may also record a sampled session replay; replays are captured with all on-screen text and form inputs masked and all media blocked. See their Privacy Policy.

Vercel (Website Hosting and Speed Insights)

Our website and application run on Vercel's hosting platform, which processes requests to spiffpros.com and keeps short-term server logs. We also run Vercel Speed Insights on our pages, which measures page-load performance and reports it to Vercel. See their Privacy Notice.

Other Analytics Services

Vercel Speed Insights, described above, is the only analytics tool we run today. If we add another analytics provider, we will name it in this section.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote or booking — confirmations, appointment reminders, and a message when your cleaner is on the way — and, where you have asked us to, about our services generally.

• Opting out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END) to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. We record the opt-out and check it before every message we send.
• Getting help: call or text us at (623) 900-1321, or email hello@spiffpros.com.
• Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• We never sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Messages you exchange with us are logged so we have a record of the conversation.
